Chicken liver fried with onions and bell peppers

- 500 g chicken liver
- 300 g sweet pepper
- 150 g onions
- 5-7 sprigs of thyme (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion cut into strips.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Liver cut into small pieces.
