Beef, roasted with cranberries

Ingredients

- 1 kg beef (fillet or meat on the bone)
- 100 g of cranberries
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Meat cut into thick slices about 1 cm
Put the meat into the pan, greased with vegetable oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the meat on both sides.
Add the cranberries, cover, cook for about 1 hour.
If the meat starts to burn, add a little water.
