Bell peppers, roasted corn

Ingredients

- 300 g sweet pepper
- 1 can corn (380 g)
- 150 g onions
- 200 g carrots
- 200 ml of broth
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Pepper, cleaned and cut into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Add carrots, a bit of fry.
Add peppers, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add corn.
