Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers marinated quick

Ingredients

- 300 g cherry
- 300 g of cucumbers
- 300 g sweet pepper
- 200 g onions
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- dill
marinade:
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoon (no slides) of salt
- 2 tablespoon (no slides) of sugar
- 6 tbsp. vinegar 9%
- 7-8 black peppercorns
Preparation
Chop onion rings.
Garlic cut into small pieces.
Cucumbers cut into slices.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the herbs.

Put the tomatoes, cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper.

Prepare the marinade.
In water, add sugar, salt, pepper.
Bring to boil, boil for about 3 minutes.
Hot broth to pour over the vegetables.

Cool.
Put in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
