Gazpacho

A popular dish in Spanish cuisine.
This soup is very good to use in hot weather, how to serve it cold.
The number of ingredients is obtained 5-7 servings.

Ingredients

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 300 g sweet pepper
  • 300 g of cucumbers
  • 150 g onions
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon or 2 tsp. vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

picture - GazpachoIn a blender grind the tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions, garlic.

picture - GazpachoAdd olive oil, salt and pepper.

picture - GazpachoStill time to beat. The soup in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Finish the soup, sprinkle with herbs and serve with crackers.
