Pork marinated in vinegar

Perhaps the most classic way of marinating meat for barbecue.
If you use quality meat, barbecue turns juicy, soft and fragrant.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 2 kg of pork
- 300 g onion
- 250 ml of 6% vinegar (I used apple)
- 3 tbsp. l. seasonings for barbecue
- salt
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Meat cut into cubes.
Stir the meat and onions.
Add spices, vinegar, mix well.
Marinate in a cool place for at least 5 hours.
Before cooking salt.
Marinated meat tightly strung on skewers.
Roast over hot coals.
