Meatballs in tomato-cream sauce

I am often asked to share the recipe meatballs. I am pleased to execute the request.
Meatballs are obtained tender, juicy.
Garnish ideal mashed potatoes or buckwheat.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 500g minced
- 100 g rice
- bun
- milk
Sauce:
- 350 g of tomato ketchup or toothpaste (not sour)
- 350 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Boil the rice until tender.
Bun soaked in milk.
Bun a little squeeze, mix with minced meat.
Add rice, salt and pepper, mix well.
For the sauce, mix ketchup and sour cream.
If the sauce is too thick turned, you can add a little boiling water.
Minced blind small meatballs.
Put them in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
