Cannelloni with bacon tomato sauce

Ingredients

- 150-180 g cannelloni
- 300 g of bacon
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- 300 g of cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Prepare the filling.
Bacon cut into small cubes.
Tomatoes from the skin clean.
To clean lighter skin, you can omit the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water.
300 g tomatoes cut into cubes.
Fry the bacon.
Add the tomatoes and fry until until all the liquid has evaporated.
Stuff the cannelloni with bacon and tomatoes.
The remaining 700 g of crushed tomatoes in a blender.
If no blender, tomatoes can grate.
Finely chop the garlic.
Add the garlic to the tomatoes, salt and pepper and mix.
Cannelloni put in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce.
Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cheese grate.
After 20 minutes, cannelloni get out of the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.
