Salad with ham, mushrooms and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 200 grams of ham (or sturgeon, bacon, ham)
- 300 g mushrooms
- 300 g tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 150 g onion
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Diced ham.
Dice tomatoes (juice drained).
Eggs grate on medium grater.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper, fry up until all the liquid has evaporated (about 10 minutes).
Cool.
Stir in ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, a little salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise.
