Turkey cutlets stuffed with mushrooms

In this recipe, you can use any stuffing.

Ingredients

- 500g minced
- 300 grams of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
- 200 g onion
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Clean the mushrooms and finely chop.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms, a little salt. To fry until all the liquid has evaporated (approximately 15 minutes).
Minced lepeshechkah form a small (about 10 cm diameter).
In the middle of lepeshechkah put the mushroom stuffing.
Carefully connect the edges to form a cutlet.
Roll in breadcrumbs (I used store bought biscuits with the addition of sesame seeds).
Fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on each side.
