Chicken fillet stuffed with mushrooms

Instead of chicken you can use Turkey breast.

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken fillet
- 300 g mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion mince.
Mushrooms, cleaned and finely chop.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms, salt and fry until then, until you evaporate all the liquid.
Fillet cut into the side (not end) to get a "pocket".
In the "pocket" to put the mushrooms.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Fillets with salt and pepper.
Fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes on one side.
Flip and fry for about 10 minutes.
