Chicken fillet, fried with mushrooms

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken (or turkey breast)
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 200 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Mushrooms cut into slices.
Fillets cut into small pieces.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.
Then add the fillets, salt and pepper and cook, covered for 20-25 minutes.
The finished dish sprinkle with herbs.
