Asparagus, fried with chicken and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 500g chicken fillet
- 350 g asparagus (green or white)
- 15-20 cherry tomatoes (or tomato usual 1-2)
- leek (or 150 grams of onions)
- juice of half a lemon
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Do asparagus break off a solid portion of the stem and discard.
Asparagus cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Onion cut into half rings (onion finely chopped).
Fillets finely chopped.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add fillets and fry for 10 minutes.
Add the asparagus, cook for 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
