Lamb stew with green beans and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 800 g lamb
- 400g green beans (I used frozen)
- 200 g tomatoes
- leek (or 150 grams of onions)
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Leek cut into rings (onion finely chopped).
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add the meat, salt and pepper.
Fry on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Add beans (beans can not pre-defrost), simmer for 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
