Pork with beans and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 500 g pork
- 350 g of bean
- 500 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Beans soak in cold water and leave for 4 hours.
Then boil until tender (different varieties of beans are cooked different amounts of time, I cooked for about an hour).
Mince the onion.
The meat cut into small pieces.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the meat and fry for 20 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and fry for 15 minutes.
Add beans (the water in which it is boiled, drained) and mix.
Add herbs, stir, bring to the table.
