Salad with tomatoes, asparagus and eggs

Asparagus can be used both green and white.
Instead of asparagus, you can use beans.
The number of ingredients is obtained 3-4 servings.

Ingredients

- 200 g asparagus
- 10 tomatoes or 2 small tomatoes
- 10 quail eggs or 2 chicken
- the leaves of green salad
filling:
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
From asparagus to break the solid part of the stem.
Water, bring to boil, put the asparagus and cook until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
Cool, cut into small pieces.
The tomatoes cut into 2 parts (regular tomatoes cut into small pieces).
For the filling mix the lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Salad to break it.
Add the asparagus, tomatoes.
Add the dressing and mix.
Eggs cut into 2 pieces (chicken eggs cut into cubes).
On a plate put the salad on the salad to lay eggs.
