Dorada, fried with tomatoes and mozzarella

Amazing fish! Dorada, in itself, a very tasty fish, and in combination with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella gets even tastier.
Instead of mozzarella can try using a different cheese, but the taste is quite different.
On a side dish you can cook rice.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 2 servings.

Ingredients

- 2 sea bream (or sea bass, walleye, trout)
- 20 small balls of mozzarella
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- lime or lemon
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Mozzarella cut into 2 pieces (if you use large balls, cut them into 4-6 pieces).
Cherry cut into two parts.
Vegetable oil to fry fish (brushed and gutted) on the one hand, fry for about 5 minutes.
Flip fry on the other hand for 5 minutes.
To fish add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add mozzarella.
A little salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with lime juice.
Cover and cook another 3-4 minutes.
