Salad with cauliflower, celery, apple and carrot

Healthy, delicious, simple, light salad.
Instead, you can use kohlrabi radish.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 500 g kohlrabi
- 300 g apples
- 200 g of carrots
- 150 g celery stalks
- juice of half a lime (or lemon)
- vegetable fat
- salt
Preparation
Kohlrabi grate on medium grater.
If a lot of juice, it has to be overcome.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Celery, finely chopped.
Apples are cleaned, cored, cut into strips.
Add lime juice, mix well.
Add cauliflower, carrots, celery.
Fill with vegetable oil, salt to taste.
