Salad "King Of China"

Ingredients

- 200 g chicken breast
- 350 g sweet pepper
- 250 g carrots
- 300 g of cucumbers
- 300 g of radish (green or black)
Sauce:
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp water
- 3 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Chicken boil until cooked (boil for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool.
Cut into small pieces.
On average grater to grate the cucumber.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Radish grate on medium grater.
Garlic is finely chopped.
Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, water and garlic.
In the center of a large flat dish of meat, sides, arrange the vegetables, pour over the sauce.
I used a lazy Susan (a dish, divided into sectors). In the center poured the sauce on the sides spread out the vegetables and meat.
Already on the table mix well.
