Pesto Sauce

In this recipe instead of Basil, you can use parsley or spinach. Instead of Parmesan cheese any cheese. But it will be a different sauce, not "Pesto".

Ingredients

- 50 g Basil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 100 ml vegetable oil (preferably olive)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt
Preparation
Garlic coarsely chop.
In a blender put the chopped herbs, garlic, cheese, nuts, oil.
A little salt, keep in mind that the Cheese is quite salty.
All beat until smooth.
