Turkey breast with cranberry sauce

Cranberry sauce is ideal for turkey.
If you think it is sour (it depends on the type of cranberry), you can add a little sugar.
On a side dish you can cook rice.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-7 servings.

Ingredients

- 500g turkey breast (or chicken)
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
Sauce:
- 150 g of cranberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 orange
Preparation
With orange rind removed (with a special knife, or grate).
Squeeze the juice (just need 50 ml).
Fillets cut into small pieces.
Fry in vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the sauce.
In a saucepan put cranberries, add honey and orange juice.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Then add zest and cook for another 5 minutes.
Whisk sauce in a blender.
