Ingredients

- 600g turkey breast
- 1 kg potato
- 400 g of broccoli
Sauce:
- 1 liter of milk
- Butter 100 g
- 100 g flour
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
The meat cut into small pieces.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes or cubes.
In the form (form I used size 30-20 cm, height 5 cm) put meat, potatoes, broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper.
Preparing the sauce.
Melt butter.
Add the flour, lightly fried.
Pour the milk.
With constant stirring, cook until thick.
Season with salt and pepper.
Meat with potatoes and broccoli pour sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
