Avocado stuffed with chicken

This recipe is very important to use a ripe avocado.
Ripe avocados should not be much harder. But much too soft they should not be.

Ingredients

- 3 ripe avocados
- 300g chicken fillet
- 150 g of cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons sour cream or mayonnaise
- salt
Preparation
Chicken fillet boil until tender (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool.
Fillets finely chopped.
Avocado cut into 2 parts, bone removed.
Remove the pulp.
Flesh is finely chopped.
Cheese grate.
Mix fillet, avocado, a little salt.
Add sour cream and mix.
Fill the avocado skins resulting mass.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 10 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, the dish is ready.
Inedible skins.
