Stuffed baton

Ingredients

- baton (weighing about 400 g)
- 300 g minced meat
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g sweet pepper
- 150 g onions
- 100 g cheese
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms, cleaned and finely chop.
Pepper remove seeds and finely chop.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.

Fry for 10 minutes.
