Ingredients

- 200 grams of salted trout or salmon
- 2 medium cucumbers
- cream cheese (Philadelphia, mascarpone) or thick cream
Preparation
One cucumber cut into long thin sticks, the second - circles.
Cut the fish into thin plastic (I used already sliced fish).
Lubricate cheese.
Put cucumber.
Close roll.
Cut the roll slices 1-2 cm thick.
If desired, cut the cucumber slices of figures (with a knife or molds).
Cucumbers lay rolls.
