Rolls of turkey with pepper

These rolls can be done without bacon. Once you have them put in a form, lubricate them with mayonnaise or sour cream, then a prescription.
Ingredients

- 1 kg of turkey fillet (chicken or pork)
- 3 bell peppers (preferably a different color)
- 300 g cream cheese (I used Hochland cheese with ham)
- 500 g smoked bacon
- salt
Preparation
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Turkey cut into small pieces, lightly beat off. A little salt.
Lubricate cheese.
Lay strips of pepper.
Close roll.
Roll wrap strips of bacon.
Put in a baking dish. Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 40-50 minutes.
