Fried flounder with oranges

Ingredients

- 500 g flounder
- 300 g of oranges
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add fish, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Add the juice and simmer for 10 minutes.
