Potatoes baked with cheese

Ingredients

- 1-1.5 kg of potatoes
- 150 g of cheese
- spices to taste (I used dried herbs)
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Cheese to grate.
Potato peel, cut into slices, put in a greased baking dish.
Salt, add spices.
Sprinkle cheese.
Form close foil, place in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Then the foil to remove and bake the potatoes until Golden brown (about 10 minutes).
