Vinaigrette

Ingredients

- 400 g of beet
- 300 g carrots
- 400 g potatoes
- 200 g of sauerkraut
- 200 g pickled or salted cucumbers
- 150 g onions
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Beets boil until tender.
Potatoes and carrots boil until tender.
Finely chop the onion.
Cucumbers cut into cubes.
If cabbage is very salty, to rinse and finely chop.
Carrots cut into cubes.
Beets into cubes.
Potatoes cut into cubes.
Mix potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, onions, cabbage, beets.
A little salt.
Fill with vegetable oil.
