Salad with chicken and pine nuts

Ingredients

- 300 chicken
- 50 g shelled pine nuts
- 1 bunch salad
filling:
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Fillet boil until cooked (boil for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Fillet ready to cool and divide into fibres.
For the filling mix the butter with the lemon juice.
Add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic, salt and pepper.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Salad to break it.
Add fillets, pine nuts, stir.
Add the dressing, mix well.
