Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

- 500 g of cauliflower
- 500 g zucchini
- 350 g pepper
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- 150 g of carrots
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Cauliflower into florets to disassemble.
Courgettes cleaned, cut into cubes.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Dice tomatoes.
Finely chopped greens.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, lightly fry.
Add cabbage, zucchini, peppers, stew, covered, about 10 minutes (do not need to add water, vegetables will give juice).
Then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer (under the lid) to readiness.
Stew ready sprinkle with herbs.
