Ingredients

- 500 g carrots

- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vinegar 70%
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- red pepper
- salt
Preparation
Coarsely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on special grater or cut into long thin strips.
Add salt, stir and let stand for 20-30 minutes.

Mix well.
