Ingredients

- 500 g of fish fillets (perch, sea bass, pike, etc.)
- 150 g of boiled rice
- 50 g muffin or slice of bread
- milk
- herbs to taste
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Fish fillet mince.
Bun soaked in milk.
Finely chopped greens.
Mix fillet, bun (pre-press it with milk), rice, greens.
Season with salt and pepper.
Minced form patties.
Roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes on one side.
Flip fry for about 10 minutes with the other hand.
