Cake with an air corn

Ingredients

- 100 g of sweet popcorn
- 400 g chocolate
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 200 g of yoghurt
- 1 large lemon
- 20 g of gelatin
- 200 g cream 33-35%
- 0.5 cups of sugar
Preparation
Gelatin soaked in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
A little popcorn to wait for decoration, rest a little chop (not too small).
Mix popcorn and chocolate (a bit of chocolate to leave for decoration).
Put the popcorn with chocolate in the form of split (I have a form with a diameter of 26 cm). Put in the refrigerator so that the mass is well frozen.
Cottage cheese mixed with yogurt.
Squeeze in a lot of cottage cheese, the lemon juice, mix well.
Gelatin melt in a water bath.
Whip the cream with the sugar.
In cottage cheese, add the gelatin and cream, beat well.
The resulting mass is put on a frozen popcorn. Put in the fridge for 7-8 hours, the mass should be good to harden.
The finished cake to decorate with popcorn and chocolate.
