Chicken tapaka

A very popular dish.

Ingredients

- 1 chick weighing about 500 g
- salt
- pepper
- oil or butter
Preparation
Chicken breast cut on.
Repulse.

Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat a frying pan with oil.
Put chicken.
