Scrambled eggs with ham and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 200 g ham
- 200 g tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 150 g onions
- 1 teaspoon flour
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the ham into cubes or strips.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Add the ham and fry.
In a baking dish put the ham (I have a form with a diameter of 20 cm).
On ham put the tomatoes.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
Add flour (flour is added to make the omelet was fluffy), mix well.
Add milk, mix well.
Pour the egg-milk mixture.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
