Ingredients

- 1-1.5 liters of kvass
- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g of sausage
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of radish
- 300 g of cucumbers
- herbs to taste
- sour cream
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Boil potatoes until tender.
Cool, clean.
Cut into cubes.
Sausage cut into cubes.
Eggs cut into cubes.
Radishes thinly slice.
Cucumbers cut into cubes.
Finely chop the herbs.
Mix the potatoes, sausage, eggs, radishes, cucumbers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put into bowls.
Pour kvass, sprinkle with herbs.
Serve with sour cream.
